Margaret Rush Hepper, 86, died peacefully surrounded by her children, Tracy, Marshall, Clay and David, on November 20, 2024. Margaret is survived by her four children, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Margaret was raised just outside of London England and moved to the United States with her soon-to-be husband, Marshall Jr., whom she met while he was in the Army stationed in London. The two moved to Palo Alto in 1964 where they raised four children and operated a successful insurance company for 25 years. Margaret later re-married Kenneth Hepper, who preceded her passing in 2017. Margaret's bright smile and warm heart will be forever missed. Services will be held for Margaret on a later date yet to be determined.
