Our beloved, Sheryl Ann Battaglia, formerly Sheryl Ann Moore, passed away on December 13, 2022 at home in Menlo Park, CA. She was 79.

Sherry was born in San Francisco, CA and lived on the peninsula her whole life in Burlingame, San Carlos, Redwood City, Belmont, Foster City, Atherton, and Menlo Park. She was a 1962 graduate of Carlmont High School.

She started off as a licensed beautician and completed her career as a business owner of S&D Printing, partnering with her sister Bonnie.

Sherry’s was a life well-lived. Her family and her friends—who often became family—will remember her generosity, her strength, and her zest for life.

She is survived by her children David Robert Battaglia (Christine) and Deborah Ann Margulies (David), sister Bonnie Daly Carico (Gary) and brother Jerry Moore (Casey), daughter-in-law Stephanie Battaglia, and grandchildren Kayleigh Salstrand, Demi Battaglia, Aubrey Salstrand, Samantha Battaglia, Toni Battaglia, Zachary Margulies, and Ethin Allgood.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Patrick, and daughter, Cindy Ann Piacentini.
